Vantor Haus works with third-party suppliers who dispatch products directly to customers. This allows us to offer a wide range of furniture at competitive prices.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages where available

  • Most orders are delivered within [5–15 business days], depending on the supplier

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to high demand, supplier issues, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days]

  • Once dispatched, you may receive tracking information (if available)

Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details

  • Large furniture items may require access considerations (e.g., doorways, stairs)

Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or access issues may incur additional charges.

 

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A full or partial refund

This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

 

3. Returns & Cancellations

Change of Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order or customised furniture

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item was incorrectly supplied

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it must be treated as a return

 

6. Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

As our products are shipped directly from suppliers:

  • Packaging and branding may differ

  • Deliveries may arrive in multiple shipments

  • We act as your primary point of contact for all issues
